Ready to Succeed is a unique, holistic program designed to bridge the college to career gap for foster youth in college OR RTS is a unique, holistic program designed specifically for foster youth in college to help build the career skills, professional networks, work experiences and community you need to graduate work and life ready. As an RTS Scholar, you’ll join a group of your peers as rising college sophomores and receive services and support through your first year of full time employment. You’ll have a dedicated team of trained advisors supporting your college to career journey, access to a vast network of industry professionals, scholarship funding to cover basic needs expenses and a directory of dedicated resource partners to ensure you have what you need when you need it.

The program is designed to be a 3-year program, where we ideally begin to work with students after their first year of undergraduate studies until their graduation. Because of this, RTS has a strong preference for applicants who meet the following eligibility:
