It is important to remember career growth doesn’t stop at graduation. As part of our formalized alumni program, this event brought together RTS alumni and volunteer professionals for a morning of meaningful connection, honest conversation, and shared learning.

Moderated by RTS Board Member Karen Jones, a panel of incredible women, Le Anne Harper, Brooke Perlman, Gloria S. Garcia Cisneros, Maira Suro, and Marissa Lepor, reflected on their career journeys, the challenges they’ve navigated, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
For alumni, these events are a reminder that as they continue to grow, they are not navigating their careers alone. Opportunities like this are critical to ensuring former foster youth have the networks, confidence, and support needed to reach their full potential.

A special thank to Arrillaga Foundation and supporters like you who creating lasting professional relationships for RTS Alumni.
